We at West Coast Esthetics value our client’s time and our ability to book a treatment for you as soon as possible! Missed appointments cause an opening that may have been suitable for another client. To keep this from happening, if a cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, we request you contact us at least 12 hours ahead of your appointed time or a 50% charge will be added to your account! Otherwise, no show appointments are charged 100% of the booked service, applied as a credit on your file and added to your next service with us. We appreciate your understanding and respect of time.
