Targeting specific pain is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders. Some of the same strokes are used as classic massage therapy, but the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain.

Energetically this treatment utilizes pressure points in Ayurvedic Medicine to stimulate circulation and re-balance Prana, as well as releasing blockages that cause stress, tension, and disease.

Hot stone massage therapy is an age-old treatment with the addition of heat for a modern twist. Water-heated, smooth stones are placed strategically on the body on key points—with or without pressure—for the ultimate in relaxation and pain relief.
This treatment helps relieve tension, eases muscle stiffness, and increases circulation by promoting healing by targeting the deeper layers of muscle through the use of heated stones.

Your child’s body is magic with many needs. Here we honor physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels of the body. Intuitively creating space for healing on all levels.
Children's massages are enriched with breath work teaching to feel with in the body. Warm massage table, warm towels, bean bags for grounding, intuitive bodywork, aromatherapy oils, organic products, crystal healing and child's oracle cards to set intentions before their treatment.
Here we encourage children to use their intuitive gift they were born with. Helping them tune into their own body's needs and feelings.
