A lifelong journey of self exploration to release her own limited beliefs and challenges has led Cass into a 3 decade practice of hands-on bodywork, energetic and Intuitive healing. Through Meditation, Reiki, Seichim, Theta Healing, Magical Awakening, Aromatherapy, Massage, Hot Stone Massage, working with crystals and sound her work expanded into Access Consciousness Bars, Energetic Facelift, Symphony Sessions and Body processes as well as facilitating classes and working with Entities. These are the tools she used to transform her own life. What she loves most of all is sharing these tools to empower others in their own healing. Having worked with residential school survivors and women who were HIV positive for many years, Cass creates a kind, safe space for healing free of judgement. In 2022 Cass discovered Human Garage fascial maneuvers and after witnessing the shift they created in her own body has become a Fascial Maneuvers Coach leading both private and group sessions. “Healing is less about improving yourself and more about letting go of what you believe yourself to be, which often is based on the projections and judgements of others.
